Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, is expected to appear before a United Kingdom court on September 15, 2026, as proceedings concerning his case continue.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Poco Lee is scheduled for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
The hearing is expected to allow the court to address the next stage of the proceedings, including the defendant’s plea and preparations for a possible trial.
The CPS also stated that the case remains active, despite reports circulating online claiming that the entertainer had been released from custody or that the matter had been withdrawn or settled.
However, the court and prosecution service had not confirmed those claims at the time of the report.
Poco Lee is facing five charges relating to alleged sexual offences. The entertainer has not been convicted, and the allegations remain subject to determination by the court.
A reporting restriction is also in place to protect the identity of the complainant.
The September 15 hearing is therefore expected to provide further updates on the ongoing legal proceedings.
