US President Donald Trump has said he believes Iran was behind the Flydubai terror attack, even as investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
Trump reportedly made the claim while speaking about the attack, but authorities have yet to conclude their investigation or publicly establish who was responsible.
The US President’s remarks have therefore added a new dimension to the developing incident, with questions remaining over the circumstances surrounding the attack and the identity of those behind it.
Investigators are expected to examine evidence from the incident before making any definitive determination about its perpetrators.
The allegation comes amid heightened tensions surrounding Iran and ongoing concerns over security and terrorism in the region.
