Big Brother Naija Season 11 has taken another dramatic turn as housemate Oluwaseyifunmi “Araga” Sosanya has been evicted from the reality show.
Araga’s exit was announced by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during the Week 7 live eviction show on Sunday, September 13, 2026, bringing his seven-week journey in the “Show Ya Sef” house to an end.
The fashion model from Ogun State was among the housemates placed up for possible eviction following the nomination process earlier in the week.
His eviction came alongside that of Abisola “Abi” Ayoola, leaving 14 housemates still in the race for the ₦160 million grand prize.
Araga had remained one of the notable personalities in the house and was involved in several major storylines during his time on the show, including his relationship with previously evicted housemate Goddessa.
The latest eviction follows a dramatic week in the BBNaija house, which also saw Whitney “Nomy” Chukwu disqualified for repeatedly violating Big Brother’s rules.
The Season 11 edition, tagged “Show Ya Sef,” premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates competing for the biggest prize in the history of the show.
With Araga and Abi now out of the competition, the remaining housemates face an even tougher battle as the race towards the grand finale intensifies.
