A political support group backing President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid has announced plans to launch a book documenting the policies and reforms introduced by his administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement is scheduled to unveil the publication, titled The Courage of Forum: Architecture of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Beyond 2027: Statecraft and Vision for National Renewal, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in Abuja.
The event will take place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre as political parties intensify preparations for the next presidential election.
Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, the Secretary of the Central Planning Committee for the book presentation, Jethro Annum, described the publication as a record of what the group considers major achievements of the Tinubu administration over the past three and a half years.
According to Annum, the book examines the objectives, challenges and implications of the administration’s major policy decisions, particularly those intended to reshape Nigeria’s economy and governance structure.
Among the policies highlighted are the removal of the petrol subsidy, comprehensive tax reforms, the establishment of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), financial autonomy for local governments, the creation of Forest Guards and the proposal to establish state police.
The publication will also examine market liberalisation measures introduced by the administration and their potential implications for Nigeria’s long-term development.
Annum said the reforms reflected the government’s stated objectives of improving public finances, expanding access to education, strengthening grassroots governance, addressing insecurity and creating a more competitive economic environment.
The planned launch comes as Tinubu’s supporters intensify efforts to promote his administration’s policies and mobilise public support ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The administration’s reforms have generated mixed reactions across the country, with supporters highlighting their long-term economic objectives while critics continue to raise concerns about their impact on the cost of living and household finances.
The book launch is expected to provide a platform for the support group to present its assessment of Tinubu’s leadership and outline the case for continuity beyond 2027.
